Ron started at Ram over 20 years ago in the Pre-Press Department. At that time, all printing was developed from photos and reflective hard copy artwork. It was then converted to film negatives and back to a positive image on metal plates ready for the printing press. All color trapping and separating was done photo-mechanically. Having mastered these rare and precise crafts, he now mostly checks computer generated plates for the printing press, also overseeing quality control and all finishing aspects of printed jobs. Mountain biking, hiking, and other outdoor activities are his interests. Owning two British MG sports cars takes up the remainder of his time.
