Customer Service, Production and Sales Support Team Member, Part-Time or Full-Time

This is a front-counter position responsible for answering incoming calls, e-mails, working with walk-in customers, production work and support of our dedicated sales department.

You will work directly with new and existing customers to create and manage the order process. Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to: order intake, pricing, art directing, pre-production and production.

This position requires a friendly, outgoing, charismatic individual with strong communication and computer skills. Must be able to listen to the explanation of a concept for the desired end product, determine best method to achieve, and express it clearly in multiple and varying ways back to the client/customer and to your team to ensure understanding.

Required:
• Professional manner, in both verbal and electronic communications, as well as appearance and conduct.
• Good with people.
• Able to remain calm while under pressure from customer(s) and timeline(s).
• Superior English, in both verbal and written.
• Solid knowledge in the use of Microsoft platform applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Chrome and more.
• Able to multitask.
• Quick learner and willing to learn.
• Have an excellent sense of humor and patience.
• Able to take direction and constructive feedback.
• Able to work alone and as a team member.
• Resilient and resourceful.
• Assist in keeping store organized, clean and tidy.
• Ability to lift 40lbs, able stand/walk or sit for 4+ hours, able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, twist, reach, climb with or without reasonable accommodation and have fine manipulation motor skills.

Desired:
• Able to manage print files in various digital formats
• Explain to customer how to make files print ready
• 2+ years' experience in customer service
• Familiarity with paper types, weights, and textures.

Bonus:
• Manipulate digital files from customer and make print ready (.AI, .PSD, .QXP, .PDF, .INDD, DOCX, etc.)
• Work in both PC and MAC platforms
• Additional language skills
• Web design
• Management experience
• Artistic training or nature

Compensation depends on meeting required, desired and bonus experience, but can vary from $14 - $17 per hour, starting.  You can expect 20+/- hours weekly for part-time and 37+/- hours plus benefits (medical and dental) for full-time.
